The website is accessible to any person connecting via the internet address : www.vstrat-consulting.fr or any of the other related addresses.

The utilization of the Website allows to access to a range of contents, describing VStrat Consulting and its services, but also to other information related to the professional environment and current trends and problematics, including through articles, possibly white papers or other documents. The website also allows to send requests to VStrat Consulting, enter into contact with its representatives.

The website browsing of most of its content is independent of any registration. The use of the Contact Form via the Contact Page requires to provide certain identification data (name, company, address, phone number, etc…) with also the possibility to express preferences/ centers of interest.

VStrat Consulting grants you the right to use the Website and consult its Content for private use only. The Website is following French Laws, subject in particular to the modified Law n°78-17 of Jan 6th 1978 ( modified by the Law of Aug 6th 2005 and application decree n°2005-1309 of Oct 20th 2005, and further modified on  June 1rst 2019) and Art.82 of the Data Protection Act, transposing in France the 2002/58/CE Directive of the European Law.

VStrat Consulting also tries to be respectful of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) adopted by the European Parliament on April 27th 2016, entered in application on May 25th 2018, with recent modification in July 2019 yet to be implemented in France.

Non-compliance with the provisions in this Privacy Policy or with the regulations exposes the infringing party to legal proceedings as well as penal sanctions.

13.   Right to access personal information
